After running conservatively at 11psi, I decided it was time to turn it up. On a Dynojet, 11psi made 330hp, on the Mustang Dyno shown, I made 276hp. Now on 15psi I made 346hp, which is roughly 390hp on a Dynojet. Woot! :D
