I rember this! Happened 1997/1998. Max Power magazine UK brought this Supra over from Japan( To UK). Two- Three months prior they had done an article on this car as well as a Nissan Skyline boasting 2,000+ HP from SUPRA and SKYLINE from company called TOP SECRET. Both cars had Nissan RB engine. The Supra had 1,000+HP (only brought to uk) was on UK National news (BBC,ITV andCH4) as it had hit speeds inexcess of 130MPH on the new Motorways being built. It had been claimed the car had done several 200MPH+ runs before the local Police had been notified. The driver was captured later on in the video at 120MPH by Police. The Driver a Japanese National was promptly deported back to Japan the next day along with the vehicle! This video was shot by MAX Power Magazine (They admitted to pictures) and kept secret and released as an unknown source quite a few years later.
