Evos came with optional automatic transmissions from 2002 (Evo7) in Japan/Europe. They come with a smaller wing, reduced power and a "GT-A" badge. You can also purchase auto WRX's in Japan. BTW, that was a very poor launch by the EVO, most likely auto!
The US only gets Evos as manuals. Some of you guys need to do more research on these machines!

hmm.. definitely an evo front fascia.. those are evo tail lights.. evos do come with an optional wing on the RS version.. the only thing i don't really see is the FMIC ..

u dumb bastards there has never been an automatic evo ever. ARC which is a jap parts manufacturer is testing an automatic with paddle shifters but they are still testing not sure when it will be done

Uhhh definately no atuo Evo's in America unless this is in Europe or something but how do you even know it exists there? Sounds like some made up excuse to me...

They sell an automatic evo? Haha, i'm assuming this is in europe somewhere? I dont follow Evos as much as I do STis, I had no clue they offered the evo in automatic anywhere. Man that would be a waste of money.. an automatic evo... haha.

You are all wrong that evo is the automatic version, it comes with slightly less power, props to the forester thought that is no slouch.
