On February 12 2008 Ashley McIntosh was killed in a violent collision that happen in Fairfax County Virginia when a police officer ran through the traffic lights at a high speeds with out using any siren or strobe lights. The officer was charged with reckless driving and faced trial. The court beveled that the officer's actions were not reckless and found the officer a not guilty.
