Don't install Balancer using old bolt! LS motors are not like old style V8s. The bolt is a stretch bolt and can only be used once. VERY IMPORTANT! Luckily on a C5 Corvette the rack and pinion is close enough to the balancer to keep it from coming completely off. Yeah, I know i'm an idiot but I didn't have a lot of experience with LS motors before this. Live and learn.....
