Zen Bob; the Ultima GTR will go over any UK speed bump. I know I`ve been for the famous `Ted` test drive and bought one.csaba; you`re a snivelling tosspot, Name and Heritage-you tosspot. Don`t trust american engines; what an Onanist. I bet you play golf(you are a tosspot after all) I bet you live on a council estate. The FXX; a car for snivelling tosspots wiyh tiny dicks trying to make up for it with a big name car that`s just been whupped by a quality car at less than 10% of the price and the FXX can`t be driven on the public highway. You would really have to have a tiny d**k to fall for that sort of Ferrari stunt, wouldn`t you csabaBMW.I bet none of you could ever, ever hope to buy a FXX. I can and I wouldn`t have one because I couldn`t be a tosspot like csaba even if I tried(very, very hard).

what your failing to forget michael schum was driving the FXX what many consider to be the greatest driver so its fair all you pay for is the BS name and badging

Nothing against the ultima gtr (sad to see it's not in forza 3 :( ) but you can't compare it to a FXX it's not really the same type of cars "it's a track car" yes and ? lets compare it to a 2009 Formula 1 then and see how much it's slow ? no ? you see my point then.Would buy an ultima gtr and several other cars including a big american muscle car instead of a FXX that's for sure ;)

FYI: My comment was basically to point out that the whole point of this test is to prove the Ultima is a "giant killer", not to bash the FXX by any means.

csabaBMW: You're talking about a roughly $80k-$90k for the Ultima, and a car that you basically have to be offered by Ferrari that most likely costs WAY over $1 million. And with an Ultima, you're most likely going to have a custom built motor, so it comes down to the actual engine builder, not whether it's an American motor or not...

Just one thing about the "different drivers" point. Presumably, Schumacher may have driven the lap in the FXX, but they made it relatively clear that Schumacher is not the "regular" Stig. So, by the different drivers logic, the FXX's time cannot be compared to the rest of the board.On a side note, will either the FXX or the Ultima go over a speed bump? Or are we totally off the topic of what qualifies as a top gear time?

that guy had alot of seat time in that car to get friendly with it, the fxx didnt get to warm up its tires and the ultima did, so the fxx would still be faster

Stremes is right, to compare two different cars you need to do what Top Gear does and take the driver out of the equation. Two different cars with two different drivers proves nothing.
