NY Red Light Camera Violation

My truck that was caught running a confusing red light in NY.<br /> First there is a green light with an arrow.<br /> Then there was an amber light with an arrow.<br /> My driver the name being withheld thought the light would just turn green NOT!<br /> The light first turns Red for 1.5 thousands of a second before It makes the line according to my notice. Then turns green 2 seconds later resulting in a Red light Camera Violation costing me $50.00 + 4.00 for a convenience fee. Total cost $54.00 <br /> According to the notice It says.. <br /> "No points will be assessed for this Violation"<br /> It says nothing about whether or not my auto insurance will increase because of this. <br /> I guess we will see. It says I can contest this notice by filling in the coupon with my printed name signature & date. <br /> Now wait just a minute,,, <br /> <br /> This happened in Long Island NY... Why do I send this so call coupon to Cincinnati Ohio? What’s up with that? <br /> Why is the Nassau County New York, TPVA Red light division located in Phoenix Arizona ?
