did u see the distance the supra put between them and was still pulling...do you know how big a T88 turbo is?? I dont think a just a turbo or S/C is gonna help its gonna need a whole engine rebuild.....but if you have a supra which comes with an engine that has been known to handle well over 1000HP on the stock internals you dont have to worry about all that

funny how tuners only pick on v8 when they are stock.no turbo or supercharger. why was it a roll race. why not at a still.i think he knew he would be playing ketchup in the supra. roll race with a turbo is stupid u have the power ther when u start vette has to build rpms NATURALY. I think supra is going to loose rematch as long as vette gets turbo or a supercharger.

True the new Zr1 is supercharged, adn teh reason they chose the ls2 platform and not the ls7 engine was becasue they felt the engine couldn't take it for LONG LIFE. however if you just search there are plenty of turbo z06's on this website alone. As long as the boost isn't pushed above something stupid like 10psi... another thing.. notice the supra drivers left hand..seems to me like he pushes something when he takes off from the vette..theres no reason for his finger to be behind or (through) the wheel, there are no paddle shifters on a supra..also the back seat and interior on the supra are missing..not in the vette. Supras are good platforms to build off of, but they are garbage stock...a mid to high 13 sec on a stock supra in the 90's is ridiculous considering what a stock ls1 could do for less money (even with the difference in age)

you put a turbo on a ls7 it will blow up the cylinder walls are to thin thats why the new zr1 has a supercharged ls2
