2010 Tierra Del Sol 4x4 with Falken Tire

Last weekend marked the 48th annual Tierra Del Sol Desert Safari in Ocotillo Wells, CA, and Falken Tires first year as an event sponsor and supporter. Despite forecasts of inclement weather, enthusiasts in RVs and Off Road vehicles were out in full force. Falken Tire was present with a compound complete with their trademark blue and teal scalloped Falken Motorsports rig as well as full vendor participation and R/C race track setup from HPI Racing.<br /> <br /> Although there were high gusts early in the week, the winds died down Thursday allowing for Falken staff and enthusiasts alike to truly appreciate the terrain and vehicles. Falken gave its SEMA project Jeep JK a workout, equipped with Wildpeak A/T tires. Over the course of 4 days, the Falken Tire JK and Wildpeak A/T tires were put to the test, enduring all types of conditions from hard packed dirt to crumbling sand - these tires were able to conquer it all!<br /> <br /> The Wildpeak A/T is currently available in 27 sizes ranging from 15-20 rim diameters and up to 33 tall.
