r1 got the looks again this year but there is NO bike messin with the 10r power!! fastest 0-180 baby!!!!

8secBusa is exactly right. On my 2007 ZX-10, much over 100-120 miles started to get a bit painful. Plus, its my understanding that the 2008 was given a much more aggressive geometry, lending itself to tingling hand cramps and stiff lower backs, but as a daily cross-town commuter, either of these bikes would make a fun candidate.

Very impressive sportbikes. **f2b0eaa3** Your question about using them as daily-drivers; No problems with that but for highway trips, rarely is more than 120 miles tolerable on either of these without many stretch & rest stops along the way at my age.
