My friends 95 Caprice with the Police Package was running rough the past few days, today we went to try and figure out what it can be. Once he revved it a few times we found out, the cats are blowing out and the car started shooting flames! This video was shot a few hours after the first one and let me tell you, the backfires are LOUD. Loud as in someone shooting a shotgun next to you loud. Just watch!!
