The car felt a little slow so I put it on the dyno. It was down 60 to 80 rwhp and running pig rich. The cat converter let loose during these runs and it's core created a plug.

Sounds like theres just another car next to him trying to keep up. As far as the S2000...def doesnt sound stock to me.
