I got a story for you... so I noticed it was riding a little low on the left side. But it's a brand new car and I thought I was imagining things. Turns out it actually rides 1/2 inch lower according to the dealer. Well, the dealer also found a left front bent rims (very slight). So the dealer and corporate head quarters won't warranty what I think is possibly a blown strut or sagging left front spring. They think it's sagging low due to some type of road hazard :( :( It's ridiculous to think a car like this can't maintain an even ride height based on a road hazard...my Buicks have been over countless potholes and on the original springs they ride evenly. Putnam Lexus in Redwood City SUCKS!
