Engine
Stroked (1 secret out), Nismo cam, Nismo header, AEM cold air intake, Full Greddy EVO2 exhaust, Injen injectors, Battery r, Stillen 3-way ECU, some weight items replaced, and a few hidden jems.
Suspension Mods
Full Tien suspension (w/ 3" drop), Nismo swaybars, Stillen towerbrace.
Electronics
Pulled out the Rockford Fosgate (just to lighten up) and intalled a custom built trunk box with 600W Memphis driven 12's that was quick-disconnectable for those late night runs.
Wheels
Stock Rims were O.K. for that stock look, but the hard as nails Conti's were replaced with softer Nexxens for those non-torque steered holeshots.

o.k., thanks to one of the few who knew (and considering I don't have it any more), most already know it wasn't a 2.5, it was stroked.

Of course there's more (read: "a few hidden jems"). You never tell all your secrets to just anyone, do you? But it was NA. No turbo, no supercharger, and without Nitrous (at the time).

no way to get that on just the cams and ecu...turbo is the only answer my best friend had 1 just like this nismo cams exhaust computer and my old 02 wrx gutted him...

Out shopping for my GTO and came across a friend selling his mother's ride. A 2001 with only 26000 miles? For 14K? Sold! Windows needs re-tinted (turning purple). Wing installed (the rear always looked like it needed one). Was suposed to be my GTO.
