i got mine with the sts turbo kit it comes in the kit. but its an easy way to pick up 10 to 20 hp at the wheels. the more mods you got the more hp it will make. stock motor 10rwhp, full bolt-ons 15 rwhp, and power adder 20 rwhp.

subframe connectors will help wheel hop but drag bags are the best for wheel hop. i would get both!
