Five hundred and sixteen cubic inches of Big Block Chevy. Based on the GEN VI 502
block. Seven and a half to one compression, and Dart CNC 335 heads from
Reher-Morrison. The camshaft is a solid lift .660 lift Comp Cams grind. The blower
is a Teflon striped regular Helix SSI 14-71. I use electronic fuel injection that is
controlled through a FAST EFI controller.
Suspension Mods
The rear is set up with a 9 inch Ford with 4:30 gears. Its suspended with a Set of Avco coil over shocks. I run a set of ET Street tires that are 16.5 X 30 X 15. It has a power glide transmission with a Gear Vendor over drive unit on the back of that. The car weighs in at just over 3000 lbs without a driver.
Electronics
MSD Ignition, FAST EFI controller, Autometer tach, Stock Datsun dash gauges.
Wheels
The wheels are from Weld. That may be one of the next upgrades.

This is the current configuration of my 240Z. It has had many through the years. My goal here was to have a wild looking street car that would make enough power to run in the 8's, And be very drive able. It has been a long year getting there but I have finally ac hived my goal.
