Yeah we do all our own work mostly, we are located in Carlsbad and when I get to a part in my project that needs multiple hands I wiil give you a message and directions. I am not sure about any places that will do a good job for cheap, noy really sure I will have to look around.

Nice thats alot of stuff, ours isnt nearly as custom as that, tried to go for the stock look iwth a few goodies underneath. Good luck with ur rebuild, I am in the process of my off body restoration of the 69 so it keeps me busy.

Its my dad and I he got it back in 81 for pretty cheep and restored it alll by himself. Not sure on the miles, like 52,000.

Car wise, there is alot to do, let see in Escondido on friday nights there is a huge car meet all summer long from 5-9, A qualcomm stadium on friday nights not all friday nights there is drag racing double tracks but its only 1/8th mile.
