My Karma Ran over my Dogma
Well, My name is Robert. I am 18, going on 19 soon. I have been obsessed with cars from a very young age. I helped restore my first vehicle when I was about 8 years old, with my uncle and my grandpa, (it was a 72 ford f-350). I have love working on cars, but I have even more fun driving them. I just recently bought a '95 civic LX. It is currently my daily driver, but will soon become a project car. My plan is to pull out the engine and transmission and put in a 2.0l tdi engine and try to find a 6-speed to attach to it. I hope to drive the civic (once completed) in the 2010 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
Other things you may want to know about me is that I plan on using my love of cars and racing to start a missions program. Yes, I am a missionary. Hate it or love it, that is the truth. I hope to start an international ministry that will mainly focus in Japan, as I have fallen fast in love with drifting. (I know, can't drift a civic, but after the hill climb I hope to sell it and buy something that is rwd.)
I also enjoy hiking, being with friends, listening to music, cooking, and just being an overall strange individual.
