no more meets this year that I know of. As for temperature....yeah Ive seen 40's at night already, but next week should stay into the low 50's at night so racing should be good next week. At the moment I am feeling terribly sick so I dont know if I'll be able to get out to GLD next week......but when we do you should talk to your supra buddy and bring his the same day.
wisturbosrt wrote: 10/3/2008 11:44:37 AM
You seem to be having a rough week after turning 21. Lets hope the worst of it is over........but did this bottle explosion happen because someone(you) was hitting that other type of bottle to hard, j/k;)
ChargerRTZ wrote: 10/3/2008 10:49:42 AM
My bottle exploded in my trunk yesterday. 3000 PSI of spray all over my trunk, VERY LOUD. I left the bottle warmer on for waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long....

70 in a 55 equals little ticket, although it still sucks.....just be happy you didnt get pulled over on one of your 120+mph runs.........that would equal no car for awhile and major fine;)
ChargerRTZ wrote: 10/2/2008 11:19:40 AM
I got pulled over the other day for 70 in a 55....First ticket in awhile.

Glad to hear you found nitrous and you survived your birthday.
ChargerRTZ wrote: 9/29/2008 2:01:05 PM
I finally found a shop with spray and I filled up but now it's raining outside =(...........Turned 21 and got pretty drunk a friend of mine drove the car and went crazy @_@;;.
wisturbosrt wrote: 9/27/2008 12:51:00 AM
How's your head feeling this morning.....lol.............. Also after you left GLD last night 6 "8-9 second" nitrous cars showed up as well as some kinda custom dragsters running 8's.
07Shelby wrote: 9/25/2008 1:22:23 AM
2 thumbs down for ricers
wisturbosrt wrote: 8/31/2008 12:12:37 AM
Glad to hear you got those things fixed.....I'm pretty much done with fixing mine for now. I'm holding off for a few winter projects......the only thing I plan to do soon is adjust the fuel/timing a little more to see if I can get the car to pull better above 5k rpm. Let me know if you plan on running at GLD again, I'll try and make it out there:)
wisturbosrt wrote: 8/20/2008 12:41:43 AM
Hey man, me and the other srt guys are planning a meet at GLD in September. If your interested let me knwo and I'll update you on the date that is chosen. Also I too am going through some brake problems as well as my control arm bushings failed/slipped out.........both problems are hopefully being fixed early next week when the parts come in:)
ChargerRTZ wrote: 8/19/2008 10:22:37 PM
I need to fix my brakes before I go to the track again or do anymore burnouts, I need new drag radials and a couple of other small things.

I guess time will only tell right lol....and thanks, the 65 imperial needs some work though
ChargerRTZ wrote: 7/29/2008 12:27:08 PM
The STS is for sure making better dyno # on stock cars than the procharger is so I can assume it would make even better # on my car....either way it's going to be a safe tune no matter which one I get. 4-5 psi to start with..but when I forge the block(further down the line)I could run 15-20 psi on the procharger+spray, or a high PSI turbo setup+spray...I JUST DONT KNOW @_@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
mgaffy300csrt8 wrote: 7/29/2008 12:13:25 PM
so then procharger or the sts system?.....no matter what your still goin to have a fast ass charger lol plus hows your tranny holding up?
ChargerRTZ wrote: 7/28/2008 12:27:54 PM
Breaking news just in. Joe called me from STS turbo and they just completed their kit, intercooler and everything for a promo price of 5,500 tuner and all that good stuff...I might do this instead of the supercharger .I hear good thins about turbo+ spray
Tiipsi wrote: 7/28/2008 9:45:53 AM
Cant wait to see some vids once you get the procharger installed.
07Shelby wrote: 7/28/2008 6:21:27 AM

Thanks for the comment. It is alot but its well worth it, especially when I get to let here lose on the track. Your build is going to be sick.

oh, and the 180's turbo shit a brick, the compressor wheel and it's housing were kind of like a bell there was so much play there haha! It smoked a fair bit too, so I eed to change the rings aswell. I tell you, you don't know embarrassment until you pull up at a set of traffic lights and people wind up their windows because yourcar is burning so much oil LOL
IdriveaPOSslowcarwhileIfixupmyotherone wrote: 7/25/2008 2:28:06 PM

Lol thats perfect but talk bout spending some money
ChargerRTZ wrote: 7/24/2008 12:43:04 PM
Strip,acid-dip seam-weld my chassis, roll cage, remove bumper beams and all interior trim, might leave the carpet, lightweight racing seats and lightweight battery..Replace all fasteners with titanium...Remove sound system and power locks/power windows/air conditioning system..remove airbags. Might try and convert it into a two door. I am hoping this will take off about 850 lbs if not more...Forged internals with Procharger 22psi then i'm done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WhippledKBCobra wrote: 7/23/2008 5:09:37 PM
PERFECT IDEA you could remove the seats in back and make it a 2 door and make the car shorter lol might be alot of money but make it a 2 door muscle car again
WhippledKBCobra wrote: 7/23/2008 5:07:32 PM
Lol do you use the rear seats?
TicketMagnet wrote: 7/23/2008 10:31:11 AM

ChargerRTZ wrote: 7/22/2008 10:04:43 AM
I removed the spare tire and tool kit along time ago. I also used to have subs and I took them out, but the amp is still in.
