Okay thats is cool, in that case I won't go into internals as yet. What kind of oil is best for performance? What would you reccomend?

That sounds like an excellent set up, I wasn't aware that the intake manifold was the most restrictive on the H22 but that is interesting. Stock rev on H22 is 8,000 rpm roght because I usually shift at 8 and a friend told me that will only kill the motor because it has a bad rod to stroke ratio. Is that true? Because I am use to B series motors with there high rev potential but I was told H22 is just as good with the added torque and can rev the same.

yo thanks man, so how much does something like that cost and how high can it rev? because my h22 is a mugen motor with higher compression pistons so Im not to sure if the head is stock as well. Trust me man if you put your motor in a hatch it would be able to spank alot of boost cars, I have already beaten evos, 180's and walked from mustangs with a stock motor... the torque is amazing and when vtec engages its like being in a fridge dropped off a cliff if you keep your foot on the floor, especially in 4th gear :)
