Mr Syclone - Parts

I just bought a typhoon clone, there is mounted a similar plate as you got at the intake, Powered by: Mr.Syclone 850 hp, I have very limited information regarding the engine build up, anybody out there who have a clue? I think the engine is in need of a better fuelinjection system and a tune up, I am very innterested to get in touch with the engine biulder or somebody who got knowledge about the engine or a similar build.
