Thanks everyone! the lights are mounted by bending some 1.5" stock from lows and mounting them to the radiator mounts. I then used lil rubber feet to stabilize the lights on the front bumper. There was a little shaving of the front bumper to get the mounts to fit under the grill. They work great at night, no bouncing even down paths. Just sticks with the car. Also painted the brackets to prevent rust.
