PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The “Streetfire.net Fast & Furious Desert Run Sweepstakes” (the "Sweepstakes") begins on March 16, 2009 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on April 4, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. EDT (the "Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous continental United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Sponsor, Universal City Studios, LLLP, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (such individuals and entities collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members of and/or people living in the same household as any such officers, directors or employees are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Universal City Studios, LLLP is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners.
HOW TO ENTER THE STREETFIRE.NET FAST & FURIOUS DESERT RUN SWEEPSTAKES:
Enter the Sweepstakes by going to www.streetfire.net (the "Website") during the Promotion Period, reading these Official Rules and following the online instructions to enter by participating in the Fast & Furious Challenge. Click "Submit Entry" to submit your entry form for the Sweepstakes. If there is a game function associated with the Sweepstakes or otherwise on the Website, there is no requirement to complete any such game in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and/or valid e-mail address. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Website's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. All required information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy as described below. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or registration profile. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to create the profile will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

WINNER DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION:
Sponsor will randomly select potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around April 6th, 2009. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. A potential Grand Prize winner (or such potential winner's parent/legal guardian if the potential winner is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence (a "minor")) will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize. The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion (or Grand Prize winner if travel companion is the minor child or ward of the Grand Prize winner) will also be required to execute and return a notarized Release of Liability form within this same deadline. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize in its entirety. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and will remain unawarded.
PRIZES/ODDS:
One (1) Grand Prize is available, consisting of the following: a one (1) night, two (2) day trip to the Texas Mile for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. The Grand Prize includes: round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major contiguous continental US airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence and the location of the Texas Mile; one (1) night's hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (one standard room, double occupancy); transportation to the airport and Texas Mile event will be provided; the Grand Prize winner and his or her guest will be offered a ride along at the event in either a Import or Muscle automotive vehicle. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $2,000.

The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to redeem the Grand Prize and participate in the Grand Prize activities. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize activities without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian. In the event the Grand Prize winner's residence is within reasonable proximity to the Texas Mile event, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation from such Grand Prize winner's residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess all required travel documents, including government issued photo ID, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. A deposit for incidentals or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Affidavit and/or other travel documents. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. If a rental car is necessary for transportation it will be provided only if the Grand Prize winner or his or her travel companion qualify under the rental car provider's terms and conditions. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, excursions, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuity or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
Twenty runners up prizes are available, each consisting of: one Streetfire Schwag package including official Streetfire T-Shirt, Hat, and Stickers. The ARV of the runner up prize is $20.
No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Applicable portions of the prizes will be delivered only to an address in the contiguous Continental United States and mailed six (6) to eight (8) weeks following verification of eligibility. The total ARV of all prizes is $2,400.
Actual odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize are non-assignable and non-transferable. All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. If required by law, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due. With respect to non-cash prizes, it may be necessary under the US Internal Revenue Code and/or the California Revenue and Taxation Code or other applicable tax law (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the applicable prize winner to pay the amount of any tax before receiving the prize.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
The Promotion Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RELEASE:
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's permission for the Promotion Entities to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants (and any minor entrant's parent or legal guardian) agree that Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants' acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Promotion Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
DISPUTES:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California (Southern Division) or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
