slowmo I recommend getting it tuned by some streetfire n00bs that have seen enough videos on here to become experts.
SingleCam is right, it's not 500hp, it's 520rwhp haha, intarweb n00bs
it makes 520rwhp without nitrous...the nitrous bottle isn't in it yet.

good stuff but next time skip that slow silver evo 8, that mellon dude can't drive!

I think they are going for over 100k dealer mark up
thanks man, I never let off the gas pedal and just jab the clutch for a split second when I yank on the shifter
damstr ~600awhp estimated

no it wasn't a private track rental, just quite a few of the RaceVideoForums members showed up and we picked up quite a few new members while we were out there.

lol shannon, that looks alot like your GTO :)

the civette is no joke, back to back 10.60's slow shifting. I've got quite a bit more trap speed in the evo but I can't touch his 60'....yet

you're welcome, we got lucky and caught the ZR1 there, he's not a member of my forum best I can tell anyway. I was busy racing or I would have introduced myself and invited him to stop by and tell us about the car and his plans for it.
probably so, the car was so quiet I really couldn't tell much about his shifting though.
because we're friends with Travis, the civette's owner...had dinner with him last night
hmm if the video doesn't load, just refresh the page and it worked for me, seems streetfire is having a problem
yeah it's going to be crazy what they can pull out a zr1...how about a twin turbo kit for it :)
while there were many of us there which would rape that zr1 you have to give it credit, bone stock with stock tires and a full warranty, that's pretty badass and damn near went 10's!

yep, it's part of the game

I pulled the HTA 35R .63 and installed the HTA86 which is the same 35R center section but bigger compressor and turbine wheel and I also upgraded it from a .63 to a .82 turbine housing to reduce back pressure at the expense of a little spool time.I lowered the EBC duty cycle from 72% (32.5psi on the old turbo) to 62% as a precaution and sure enough the boost went to 29.1psi. DLL showed 608awhp. I later upped it to 32psi and it went to 617awhp but went a little rich. 1st gear messed up in the tranny so I'm going to pull it, ship the tranny to Bushur and the clutch to Tilton to have both freshened up then I'll get back to the tune. I only saw a max of 1 count so I'm sure there's more in it but it's showing 617awhp and 450tq currently
